The work of an operator who became an advisor.
Bill Schultz is the Founder & CEO of Integrated Security Consultants — a practice built for organizations whose leaders refuse to treat security as a cost center.

A USAF veteran, security practitioner, and physical security strategist, Bill has spent more than two decades operating at the convergence of cyber and physical security — across investigations, executive protection, industrial security, and enterprise sales enablement.
He founded Integrated Security Consultants (ISC) to align best-in-class innovators in emerging technologies, research, and intelligence platforms with the leadership teams who need them most — modernizing how security programs are designed, deployed, and scaled into unified, performance-driven operating models.
A natural connector and deeply collaborative operator, Bill works across public- private partnerships to align enterprise leaders, stakeholders, and SMEs into high-functioning security ecosystems. He is known for bridging practitioner insight, strategy, and revenue execution — delivering scalable solutions that perform in today's cyber-physical threat landscape.
"Strategy without operating reality is theatre. Operating without strategy is fatigue. The work is to fuse them — at the speed of the business."
How the practice is built.
Leadership Story
A trajectory built across federal service, executive protection, enterprise security and boardroom advisory — operating at every altitude of the discipline.
Philosophy & Vision
Security is not a department. It is a leadership posture — a way of thinking about risk, talent, and the durability of the organization.
Experience & Expertise
Two decades inside the rooms where consequential decisions are made — translating frontline reality into executive strategy.
Core Values
Clarity over noise. Judgement over impulse. Outcomes over optics. People over process. Integrity, always, as the operating ground.
Industry Influence
Trusted by leadership teams across logistics, finance, technology, energy, and government — and on stages from RSA to TEDx.
Future Vision
Modernizing the operating model of security — unified, intelligent, human-centered, and aligned with the strategic frontier of the enterprise.

The next decade of security is a leadership problem.
The boundary between cyber and physical, between operator and executive, between strategy and execution — has collapsed. The organizations that thrive will be the ones whose leaders understand the operating model deeply enough to redesign it.
